Good Afternoon and Happy Friday!

Summer is in full swing, as I’m sure everyone is aware, especially given that it is about 8,000 degrees outside. Since we have a brief lull in between events, I wanted to take a minute to highlight an organization that we have proudly supported for the past few years: Girls Inc.

Girls Inc. is a non-profit organization with the central goal of empowering and inspiring girls and young women to be strong, smart and bold. Almost two years ago, we spent an especially memorable day hosting 30 girls from Girls Inc. for a Career Exploration and Leadership Camp to connect them with professional mentors and introduce them to a broad range of career options in media and technology.

This year, Girls Inc. of Greater Philly and Southern NJ is competing for a grant for their Operation SMART STEM program and we’d love for you to show them your support. Girls start losing interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields by 11 years old. Girls Inc.’s comprehensive Operation SMART program keeps girls empowered and engaged in STEM. Please help them win $200,000 to expand this program by voting today (and every day!) in the Opportunity Divide category through July 26. And thank you!
